From Bulgaria to Hanoi’s Pickleball Mania
Three years ago, I had never even heard of pickleball! In Bulgaria, padel and beach tennis were more familiar alternatives to traditional tennis.
I had played tennis before, but once I discovered beach tennis, I never really went back to the classic game. :))

How I Used Theramid
I mostly used Theramid before bedtime, and occasionally in the morning when I wasn’t planning to go out.
My evening routine:
After washing my face, I applied niacinamide to my face, neck and chest. A few minutes later, I added the Theramid Copper Peptide Emulsion. After about 20 minutes, I finished with a moisturising cream.
My morning routine:
Niacinamide, followed by a vitamin C serum or cream, a moisturiser, and finally a good sunscreen.
What I noticed after a month
My skin tone looked more even, with less redness. My face somehow looked fresher, and fine lines seemed less noticeable. I also had the impression that my skin was a little firmer and more elastic.
My final thought
Of course, I can not say how much of this was thanks to the Theramid Copper Peptide alone, but I liked what I was seeing.
So, I can honestly say that my experience matched many of the positive reviews I’d read before buying it.
